Book Review #17

Purple Kitty

Reviewed By: Ms. Nita Samantaray

“Purple Kitty” by Chariss K. Walker is a dynamic genre and I’m glad I got a chance to read this very dark Books. Serena works a case of a missing child all while her own childhood memories surround her. The story draws the imagery of a society where the dignity and lives of others are diminished by crime and corruption. Serena struggles through all of this while working the abduction case and a threat from the past returns to haunt her. I recommend this series to those who like dark-fiction with hardboiled PI books.
