The book “Gol’’ is
a creative gift from Author “J.W.Webb”. It is a part of Ansu
series. A Land which is really unknown to others is introduced in this book.
There are many different tribes or clans, each with their own issues and unique
characteristics. Lissane is the daughter of the leader of one such area. Her
father has three bloodthirsty sons and a desire to take over everything using
whatever vile means he wishes. Lissane falls in love with the son of the
blacksmith, Erun. Fate and Lissane’s brothers separate Lissane and Erun for
many years.
There is a lot of mythology and paranormal creatures in this
story. The gods mess with the humans as mythical creatures cause havoc. The
story is very rich and well written. Fantasy, war, epic, love story, and dry
comedy - Gol has it all, yet it's effortless, fast-paced, and evocative. One of
those novels where the characters stay with you long after you close your
Kindle book's cover. Fun, rich, and deep. I think my favourite part of it was
that the characters are multi-dimensional and realistic, and that they grow and
change through the events of the novel. In short, This is a dynamic genre book.
